The role and responsibilities of the IT Administrator range from trouble-shooting computers, configuring the Wise Area Network, to setting up technical equipment, as well as maintaining the Local Area Network. Setting up Teleconference sessions between LLRIB outlying clinics and the JBC main office, as well as, thoroughly researching computers hardware, and other equipment before making purchasing recommendations are also part of the IT Administrator’s duties.
The role of the Computer Support Technician within the organization is to provide technical support to the employees of the Jeannie Bird Clinic and outlying communities. Some of the duties include providing the day-to-day PC troubleshooting (i.e. – hardware and software issues, communication problems, etc.), create user & email accounts for new employees, set up computers, and assist employees with any PC related issue.
